  • Field Application Engineer

    Job Description:

    1. Responsible for pre-sales and after-sales technical communication of glass, crystal, ceramic, metal and other materials cutting, polishing and cold processing manufacturing applications;

    2. Accompanied the sales staff to visit users, understand the basic information of users' projects, understand the needs of users, recommend the company's products to users, and establish a good relationship with users;

    3. Able to independently complete technical explanation and answer questions, responsible for technical negotiations and other work;

    4. Draft the project technical agreement and prepare the tender, including the design and preparation of the overall plan and tender documents;

    5. Guide and participate in demand communication, design analysis, post-planning and business problem solving of existing projects;

    6. Guide and participate in the implementation of service projects;

    7. Technical tracking of new technologies, new products and new projects in the industry, regular data summary and analysis of competitors' solutions and products, comparative analysis of the company's products and technical advantages, and provide reference to relevant departments;

    8. Actively learn the company's product related professional knowledge, digest and understand the various materials and documents provided by the product development department;

    9. Assisted the Marketing Department to sort out and make cases and marketing publicity materials.

     

    Job Requirements:

    1. Understand the process flow of grinding and cold processing industry, more than 2 years of process technology work experience in related industries;


    2. Understand or be familiar with the mainstream cutting and cold processing equipment in the market;


    3. Excellent copywriting ability, able to independently conduct technical negotiations, grasp and guide customer needs, participate in the overall scheme design, and prepare proposal schemes and bidding documents as required by customers;


    4. Good expression skills, good at communicating with others, a certain degree of speech eloquence, and business negotiation ability is preferred;


    5. Have a good personal image quality, good customer awareness, good communication with customers, and understand customer needs;


    6. Identify with corporate culture and have team spirit;


    7. Willing to bear hardships, patient, dare to challenge pressure, work actively and seriously, initiative, can often travel.

     
  • Business Assistant

    Job Description:
    1. Assist the sales manager in software sales, customer communication and event organization, as well as daily business communication;
    2. Assist the sales manager to conduct customer telephone visits, customer return visits, and customer after-sales service tracking and coordination;
